1. Return Policy
1.1 If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or gets lost, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund — no return required. Simply email us a photo or video as proof.
1.2 If you’ve changed your mind, you can return your product within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
1.3 Return shipping costs and any customs or import fees are the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
1.4 Returns must be sent in a way that doesn’t require us to pay customs duties. Any returns sent this way cannot be accepted.
2. Return Process
2.1 To start a return, contact our team via the Contact Form or email. Please include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.
2.2 We’ll confirm your request and give you simple, step-by-step return instructions.
2.3 Items must be shipped back within 14 days of your return approval.
2.4 Once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refunds are issued to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal or credit/debit card).
3.2 For approved returns, you’ll receive the full purchase amount (excluding shipping fees where applicable).
3.3 If your product was damaged, incorrect, or lost, we’ll refund you in full — no return necessary.
